Fort Collins, CSU drafting agreement on new stadium

A draft agreement between Fort Collins and Colorado State University would put limits on the size and frequency of non-football events at the university's proposed 36,000-seat stadium.

The Fort Collins Coloradoan reported Friday that the agreement would also require CSU to pay for additional public transportation and police during games, as well as for street improvements.
