Fort Collins horse sculpture wrecked by man who tried to ride it

The 44-year-old transient man who broke Fort Collins' Caballo de Colorado could face criminal mischief charges, reports the Coloradoan

Back on March 27, Wesley White tried to mount the horse and broke the $4,000 sculpture instead:

White told police he tried to tackle the horse after drinking "plenty" of whiskey and rum, according to reports. Witnesses said White tried to get on the horse but its hoof snapped, and it tumbled to the ground, according to police reports.
