John DeAndrea’s lifelike artwork "Linda."

A popular piece of art at the Denver Art Museum will step back into the limelight on Sunday after a six-year hiatus in special storage.

“Linda” is a hyperrealism polyvinyl sculpture of a partially nude woman by Colorado-based artist John DeAndrea. The lifelike sculpture is the centerpiece in the museum’s upcoming exhibition, “Starring Linda: A Trio of John DeAndrea Sculptures,” which runs Sunday through June 21.

The exhibition also includes two additional human figure sculptures of DeAndrea: “Clothed Artist and Model” and “Nude with Black Drape.”
