KRDO-TV in Colorado Springs reports that county commissioners will consider appeals from those who can show progress in rebuilding.

The commission on Tuesday voted to end a land-code suspension that was enacted after the fire. The suspension allowed the temporary living quarters arrangement.

Some residents complained to the commission about the number of RVs and debris in the community northeast of Colorado Springs.
