Weed Grow OK’d Near Steamboat Springs

Commercial marijuana growers will be able to apply to operate in Hayden, a northern Colorado town about 25 miles west of Steamboat Springs.

The Steamboat Pilot & Today reports the council voted 6-1 to approve rules and regulations for commercial growers, despite opponents outnumbering supporters almost two to 1 in speaking at a Thursday night council meeting.
