Anthony Padilla, Accused Of Killing Dad, Ruled Incompetent By Judge

A man accused of killing his father during a fight in western Colorado is not competent to stand trial despite five months of mental health treatment.

That's the ruling from a Glenwood Springs judge, who cited a report from the Colorado Mental Health Institute about 28-year-old Anthony Padia.
