The JLL Technology Office Outlook puts Denver at No. 4 and Boulder at No. 6 among U.S. cities where investors are looking for high growth and skilled tech workers.
The report says both cities offer high opportunity for tech start-ups at relatively low cost. It also cites the more than $500 million that venture capitalists have poured into Denver and Boulder in about the past year. Another factor is the proximity to educated workers and the University of Colorado.
Topping the list are San Francisco, Washington DC, and New York City.
