Vail Resorts Woos Women Skiiers With Wine, Coffee, Pastries

Their solution, as reported by the New York Times:

Also new this year, Vail Mountain’s Women & Wine FAC, or Friday Afternoon Club, includes a half-day afternoon lesson followed by a glass of wine during après-ski gatherings.

Its neighbor Beaver Creek will introduce the Women’s Social Tour, a free two-hour ski meet-up offered Tuesday through Friday beginning at the gentle hour of 10:15 a.m. Guided by a local female Beaver Creek Ambassador, the tour finishes at a Starbucks in the resort village with a gift card from the coffee shop and, on special dates, coffee tastings paired with pastries.
