Plaque Lawsuit Against Colorado School Of Mines Withdrawn

A graduate of a Colorado university banned from putting Bible citations on a fundraising plaque in the school's football locker room is dropping a federal lawsuit against the school now that the school has removed the original plaques.

Lawyers for Michael Lucas withdrew the case against the Colorado School of Mines Friday.
