Rebekah Romberg joined Colorado Public Radio in 2016 and is now a podcast producer in CPR’s Audio Innovations Studio, which specializes in podcasting and other creative audio projects.
Professional Background:
Rebekah joined CPR in 2016 after receiving a year-long audio production fellowship. She was hired on full-time 10 months into the fellowship to produce promotional messaging for all three CPR stations (CPR News, CPR Classical and Indie 102.3). Rebekah came to CPR after graduating from Colorado State University. Her experience in radio began at the campus radio station, KCSU, where she served as an on-air host, news reporter, web-content editor and station manager.
As a podcast producer in CPR’s Audio Innovations Studio, Rebekah has worked on many CPR podcasts including “Back From Broken” and “Systemic,” and she is a cohost and lead producer on the Ambie-award-winning “Music Blocks.” In addition to her role as a producer, she also serves as Project Manager.
