Apartment Association of Southern Colorado 2026 Education Conference and Trade Show
The Apartment Association of Southern Colorado (AASC) proudly presents the 2026 Education Conference and Trade Show, the premier annual gathering for professionals in the rental housing industry. This year’s event, themed AASC Galactic Expo, will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at the Hotel Polaris in Colorado Springs, Colorado, featuring a full day of education, networking, and industry engagement.
The conference is designed for property owners, managers, real estate professionals, and industry suppliers who are looking to connect with peers, expand their expertise, and explore solutions that support success in today’s evolving rental housing market. Attendees will enjoy expert-led educational sessions, a robust trade show floor featuring trusted vendors and innovative services, and meaningful opportunities to build relationships with industry decision makers from Southern Colorado and beyond.
Ticket Options
Attendees may choose between two ticket types.
The Full Access Ticket ($150) includes access to the trade show floor, all education sessions, and the keynote breakfast.
The Limited Access Ticket ($75) includes access to the trade show floor and education sessions but does not include the keynote breakfast.
Keynote Speaker
Kristin Goodwin, Brigadier General (Ret) of the United States Air Force, delivers the keynote address titled “R.I.Z.E.: Break Through Isolation to Excellence.” General Goodwin’s distinguished career includes historic leadership roles as the first woman to command both a B-2 Squadron and a Bomb Wing. Her presentation focuses on transformative leadership, innovation, and resilience.
