December Colorado Springs PFLAG meeting

Melissa Chizmar, Health Equity Manager at ChangeLine (formerly Community Health Partnership) will our speaker Dec. 16 over Zoom. She will present information about the Prism Community Collective LGBTQ and Health Provider Directory, a key component of her work at ChangeLine. At Colorado Health Network, Melissa Launched Hey719, a free and affirming HIV/STI testing program that has reduced barriers to sexual health services for the queer community. This is just part of the work Melissa has contributed to our community.
