Event Description

What is it like to be in Israel during a war? The presenter was attending a course on the “Holocaust and Antisemitism” in Jerusalem when Israel preemptively struck Iran’s nuclear infrastructure, aided by the US Air Force, which left him unable to leave Israel until the war ended. The focus of the presentation is on the circumstances leading to the June 2025 Twelve-Day War, the war’s outcome, and what future outcomes lie in store for the greater Middle East region.

Dr. Brent Talbot: PhD in International and Comparative Politics from the University of Brent is a Professor of Military and Strategic Studies at the Air Force Academy.
