A lawsuit attempts to stop a new state law meant to protect kids from overusing social media. Then, protests over the possibility that ICE will get new detention centers in Colorado. Plus, as students come back to campus, colleges have to figure out what to do with less federal funding. And, Denver begins laying off city employees.
