Though many remained on a to-go basis, a few restaurants in the Old Town section of Fort Collins were seating and serving customers Wednesday, May 27, 2020, as the state allowed them to begin to reopen with capacity limits, social distancing and face mask rules in place during the coronavirus outbreak.
