The BIPOC Mountain Collective is among the groups working with the National Brotherhood of Skiers to create diversity and inclusion in snow sports.

The National Brotherhood of Skiers marks its 50th anniversary in Vail starting this weekend with its annual Black Ski Summit. Its mission is to create inclusion and diversity in skiing, snowboarding, and other snow sports. Henri Rivers is the president of the NBS, which is updating its name to National Brotherhood of Snow Sports. Romell Ward is the founder of the Denver-based BIPOC Mountain Collective.
