A total solar eclipse will sweep across the nation next August, the first to cross the continental United States since 1979. Coloradans who want to experience this celestial event won’t have to go far: the center will pass right over Wyoming. For Michael Aisner of Boulder, chasing solar eclipses is a passion. He’s journeyed to the far corners of the globe, from Siberia to Zimbabwe, to catch 12 total eclipses since 1979. He shared his stories with Colorado Matters host Andrea Dukakis.
