Nearly one in four homeless people is a child, and kids are the fastest growing homeless group in the nation, according to the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Filmmaker Rotimi Rainwater is in Denver this week capturing the stories of homeless youth for his upcoming documentary, "Lost In America," his second film about street kids. His feature film, “Sugar” -- out last year -- captured the story of a girl’s struggles in Los Angeles.
Rainwater aims to release “Lost In America” in the Fall of 2015.
