What if the phrase “Home Sweet Home” applied not just to where you kicked off your shoes at night, but also to your doctor’s office? That’s kind of the idea behind a “medical home," which many see as a way to bring down the costs of health care. And Colorado’s just been chosen to be part of a big federal initiative to encourage medical homes. Doctors will get paid more if they take on greater responsibility for their patients.
