Flood waters are slowly receding in Southeastern Texas and Western Louisiana in the wake of Hurricane Harvey. At times like these, it can be difficult to make what Sharon Lipinski calls a "good donation." Lipinski is an author from Loveland. She tells Colorado Matters how people can make their charitable donations go further, even when they don't have much to give.
