The #MeToo movement empowered women across the country to talk more openly about sexual assault and harassment. But an unexpected result of the movement? An increase in gender harassment in the workplace. That's what one study from CU Boulder found.
Researchers surveyed a group of 500 women, twice. Once in 2016 and again in 2018. Many of them said they experienced less sexual harassment in 2018, but they noticed more gender harassment.
