Some restaurants are having a heck of a time finding workers. With unemployment hovering around 2 percent in Colorado there are a lot of such job openings, but not enough people to fill them. Jeff Cleary owns the Grateful Bread Bakery in Golden, Carolyn Livingston of the Colorado Restaurant Association, and Joan Brewster of the Colorado Chefs Association speak with Colorado Matters host Ryan Warner about the challenge presented by the the job market.
