Ranked choice voting. Maybe you've heard of it. In crowded, non-partisan races (like the mayoral contests in Denver and Colorado Springs), State Rep. Chris deGruy Kennedy (D-Lakewood) thinks it's the best option. Voters aren't forced to choose just one candidate, but instead pick their top choices.
