With the fall apple harvest underway, it's cider season! Pilgrims drank the stuff like water. Prohibition nearly snuffed it out. And more recently, artisanal hard cider -- a boozy cousin of apple juice -- has proliferated, with cideries popping up across Colorado. Let's listen back to Ryan's 2016 conversation with two of the state's cider-preneurs: Jay Kenney of Clear Fork Cider in Wheat Ridge, and Brad Page of the Colorado Cider Company in Denver.
