State lawmakers are trying a different approach in their efforts to stop the U.S. Army from expanding a military training sight in south-east Colorado. On Wednesday the house agriculture committee passed a bill that would prevent the army from buying or leasing any state land for the expansion. Bente Birkeland reports from Denver.
