CSU-Pueblo Offers Tuition Refunds

Colorado State University-Pueblo is offering tuition refunds to students who graduate within four years. The school wants to keep students who might otherwise drop out or transfer, and provide an incentive to students who might be considering other universities. Ryan Warner talks to university president Joe Garcia.
