Panhandling Study

The city of Denver and a business group have released a study contending that panhandlers rake in millions of dollars a year, and the money would be far better used if it were steered to established charities.John Desmond, vice president of the Downtown Denver Partnership, which helped conduct the study, talks about the findings with Dan Meyers.
