Colorado Facebook Dispute

Facebook and the state of Colorado may be defriending each other in the near future. The state's Attorney General has legal concerns about a provision in the Facebook contract that could violate the Colorado constitution. That means Colorado colleges, universities and state agencies could be forced off the popular social networking site if no agreement can be reached. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
