The final ballot count is in for the strong-mayor runoff election in Colorado Springs, and the rates barely budged from their initial posting last night. Steve Bach garnered about 57% of the total vote, with Richard Skorman receiving about 43%...The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Vestas with violations at its wind turbine manufacturing plant in Pueblo...and, seniors could pay more to visit state parks if a new proposal goes into effect.
