Colorado Springs Republican Congressman Doug Lamborn says he doesn't support President Obama's policies, so he won't be in the audience tonight for the President's State of the Union address. It's an uncommon move, but not unheard of. And it comes at the same time other members of Congress are asking their colleagues to put their differences aside. CPR's Mike Lamp talks with Kathleen Hall Jamieson of the Annenberg Public Policy Center.
