Governor John Hickenlooper has ordered all flags fly at half-staff tomorrow on public buildings in honor of Colorado Springs Police Officer Matthew Tyner, who was killed in the line of duty last week. Colorado Springs Mayor Steve Bach also ordered all flags fly at half-staff on city buildings. A public service for Officer Tyner is scheduled for tomorrow at 2:00 at New Life Church.
