Fremont County roads washing out, state of emergency due to heavy rains

Unincorporated parts of Fremont County are under a state of emergency due to damage caused by flooding.

The Daily Record reports commissioners voted Tuesday to declare the local emergency as heavy rain and flooding has caused significant damage and closed several roads.
