A judge has set $500,000 bail for a man who was shot after police say he pulled a gun on a Longmont officer during a traffic stop.
The Longmont Times-Call reports 31-year-old Levi Rosales was shot once in the hip Monday. His gun was later determined to be a pellet rifle.
Rosales is being held on suspicion of burglary, attempted assault, menacing and resisting arrest. He is due back in court Friday.
Booking documents do not indicate if Rosales has hired an attorney.
