The Longmont Times-Call reports 31-year-old Levi Rosales was shot once in the hip Monday. His gun was later determined to be a pellet rifle.
Rosales is being held on suspicion of burglary, attempted assault, menacing and resisting arrest. He is due back in court Friday.
