Kyle Emerson: ‘Dorothy Alice’

We've seen a lot of Kyle Emerson this year at CPR's OpenAir. The Denver singer and guitarist visited our studio in May, and he brought his band to our Porch Sessions at this year's Underground Music Showcase.

Emerson released his debut EP, "Worth It," last spring. He's followed that up with the full-length "Dorothy Alice," which shares qualities with modern folk-rock artists like Kevin Morby and Whitney. The title track features one of the catchiest choruses on the album.
