The “Better Balance/Falls Workshop” focuses on improving
balance and building confidence in managing falls, addressing
them not as an inevitable part of aging, but as preventable issues.
The class explains the four systems that contribute to balance and
provides practical exercises and techniques for safer falling and
getting up from the ground.

Erin Eleuterio: BS in Kinesiology from California State
University, Long Beach. She has worked as an exercise
physiologist, older adult exercise instructor, and health coach
for nearly twenty years.
