She’s been the host of NPR’s “Weekend Edition Sunday” since 2022; now Ayesha Rascoe has a new book featuring Oprah Winfrey, Stacey Abrams, Branford Marsalis and others discussing their shared experience attending historically Black colleges and universities. "HBCU Made: A Celebration of the Black College Experience" highlights why they feel the historic institutions founded during the days of legal racial segregation in America are impactful and still very relevant today. And we hear from four Colorado students about why they chose to attend HBCUs.
