As hard as it is to make budget cuts, deciding what to restore when money’s flowing again has its own challenges. That’s what Governor John Hickenlooper told host Ryan Warner in their last interview. Hickenlooper was waiting for the next revenue forecast to make those tough decisions. Well, now it’s out. And it shows the state will take in $149 million more than first thought.
