For a long time, people have been debating how to ease weekend traffic in the mountains on I-70. Well, one day a few months ago, state transportation officials arrived to work, and to their surprise, a comprehensive solution was sitting right in front of them. It was a plan from a private company detailing how it would improve the Interstate. State officials tell us they like the plan. But you should know, it involves tolling.
