The pandemic has upended the way we buy cars, new or used, from the cost to the test drive. So when will things get back to pre-pandemic normal, or will they ever? Here to break down what’s going on are three people who know the industry. Tim Jackson is president of the Colorado Automobile Dealers Association.  CADA is the voice of the state's auto dealers.
