Long-Term Fiscal Commission Preview

State lawmakers on both sides of the aisle have long complained about the conflicting parts of the budget that make it difficult to legislate and shift money during economic downturns. A 16-member panel will try to tackle that problem this summer, but committee members say reaching any kind of agreement will be challenging. Bente Birkeland reports from Denver.
