Mercury Storage Backlash

The federal government is facing increasing opposition from local officials across the country about plans to store up to 10 thousand commercial tons of mercury domestically. Governor Bill Ritter recently sent a letter to the U.S. Department of Energy asking them to remove a western Colorado location as a possible storage site. Bente Birkeland reports from Denver.
