Gov. Ritter Responds to Economic Forecast

Colorado is facing another 240 million dollar revenue shortfall based on the latest economic forecast released on Monday. The report says job losses, and a drop in consumer spending are the root causes. Governor Bill Ritter warned of additional cuts to state services. Bente Birkeland reports from Denver.
