Ballots for the November election are arriving in voters' mailboxes beginning this week, and in Colorado Springs, one of the issues on the ballot is 2C, a property tax mill levy increase. KRCC's Andrea Chalfin recently sat down with a supporter and an opponent of the proposal. Tomorrow at this time we'll hear from Andy McElhany, who opposes 2C.
