Medical Marijuana Regulations Pass State Senate

The state senate has cleared a bill to crack down on doctor fraud for medical marijuana prescriptions. The bill almost passed unanimously, with one Republican no vote. It now heads to the house. Bente Birkeland reports from the state house.
