In Colorado Springs, the Gazette reports Penrose-St. Francis Health Services plans to close the doors to its historic St. Francis Health Center. The Business Journal looks at the Economic Development Corp. in light of a stalled relocation of a wind power company and incentives some home owners are using to sell their homes.

The La Junta Tribune-Democrat reports the Rocky Ford School District plans to reorganize. The paper also looks at Brown's Sheep Camp, listed as one of the most endangered historic places in Colorado.
