Bill Would End Death Penalty in Colorado

A bill in the state legislature would end Colorado's death penalty and create a unit within the Colorado Bureau of Investigation to solve old murders. Ryan Warner talks to Rep. Paul Weissman, a Louisville Democrat, who sponsored the bill, and Rep. Bob Gardner, a Colorado Springs Republican, who opposes it.
