When delegates for the Democratic National Convention arrive in Denver next month, they'll be greeted by a small army of volunteers, doing everything from giving directions and driving vans to assisting at events.And all of them, organizers hope, making a good impression on behalf of the city.How to make that impression was the subject of a couple of volunteer training sessions this past weekend.KCFR's Megan Verlee attended one and brought back this story.
