Denver author Rebecca Benes talks about her book, Native American Picture Books of Change: The Art of Historic Children's Editions.In the early part of the 1900s, the Bureau of Indian Affairs used many stories illustrated by Indian artists as part of the curriculum in agency-run schools.(First broadcast November 11, 2004.)
