New Book Explores Cache la Poudre River

· Apr. 5, 2010, 3:59 pm

The second in a series by the Rocky Mountain Land Library is a collection of essays and poetry about the Cache la Poudre River. It's called, Pulse of the River: Colorado Writers Speak for the Endangered Cache la Poudre. The collection has a message: leave the river as it is. There are plans to divert water from the Poudre for human consumption. But editors Laura Pritchett and Gary Wockner hope the anthology shows the river is more than just drinking water. They edited the collection. They talk to Ryan Warner.
