Teens Access On-Line Health Records

Kaiser Permanente of Colorado is giving teen patients unprecedented access to their health records online and to their doctors. The change requires juggling the rights of teens and their parents. Ryan Warner spoke with Dr. Mark Groshek, a Kaiser pediatrician and the plan's lead doctor for what's known as E-Health.
